Our
experienced team of process engineers works with customers in
the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries to develop and
design systems to meet any functional specifications required
in their manufacturing process. These large scale
installations utilize our modular concept and are easily
transported and installed following detailed Factory
Acceptance Testing. This process shortens the installation
time on site and improves the speed to market of our clients'
products.
These
systems often combine smaller process skids into one large
modular design. These modules are fully piped and wired, the
control package is installed, and the unit is programmed and
tested independent of the facility construction. This offers
significant advantages to traditional building methods.
Project timelines are reduced because the development and
manufacture of the process and its labor force is divorced
from the site construction. This allows more labor force to be
applied at the site while maintaining realistic resource
loading levels. Quality control is superior because the
construction is taking place in a controlled shop environment.
Testing of the process occurs earlier because there is no
reliance on facility completion. In addition, problems found
during testing are addressed right in the factory, before
shipment to your site. Finally, the factory test documentation
is available to shorten the time required to validate. Process
applications can include bioreactor and fermentor suites,
media prep and buffer prep systems, product recovery and
purification systems as well as water, utility and high purity
plant services.
The

us to modularize an entire bio-processing facility and minimize
site construction requirements.
